File Clerk

Principle Auto is looking for a file clerk to join our rapidly growing corporate office. The file clerk will be responsible for accurate and timely filing and reporting of all legal documents and administrative related work. On a day to day basis, the filing clerk will interact with all corporate parties, including senior management.

Your external customers are our clients, prospects and business community members. Your internal customers will be Principle Auto associates, our vendors and contractors. You'll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty and respect. You will work directly with the following team members to ensure their success:

  • Fixed Operations Director: Our Fixed Operations Director is a hardworking, driven manager who truly cares about the development of the associates he manages. The fixed operations director is responsible for the strategic vision and initiatives of the service department including service managers, advisors, technicians and support staff.


Responsibilities of the Warranty File Clerk

The file clerk will be responsible for accurate and timely filing and proper record keeping for employee, legal and various administrative reports. On a day to day basis the filing clerk will interact with senior managers, directors and company administrators. 

The file clerk will be responsible for timely filing of employee files, legal documents and various administrative duties. The file clerk must be able to multitask, be a self-starter and work with little to no supervision. The ideal candidate would have previous automotive industry experience and strong 10 key data entry.

Physical/Mental/Emotional Demands:

Works indoors and outdoors and can be exposed to environments of inclement weather, heat, and cold.  Position requires the ability to walk and stand for long periods.  It may be necessary to work overtime (in excess of 40 hours per week) in order to complete assigned tasks or accomplish Company goals.  Requires full range of body motion including walking, climbing, lifting and reaching on a regular basis.  Requires corrected vision and finger dexterity in order to manipulate various computer and office equipment.  Hearing to a normal range is also a requirement in order to maintain open communication via phone and in person.
